⭐️ Add an Admin
As a World Owner, you can assign multiple administrator roles to help create and moderate your world. To add someone as an admin, both the owner and new admin must be in the world. When in the world, follow these simple steps:

Login to your world

Click the World Settings icon on the toolbar to open the World Settings drawer

Under Guests click Current Guests

On the Current Guests page, find or search for the guest you want made an admin, and click the ☆ icon next to their name

Click Go to Admins Page in the notification at the bottom of the screen or click Admins in the World Settings drawer

Next to their name, check the box under the appropriate admin role (by default Moderator and Editor are pre-selected for all new admins)

To adjust a guest's role, uncheck their current role and check a different one
To see your current admin list:

Login to your world

Click the World Settings icon on the toolbar to open the World Settings drawer

Under Guests click Admins
❌ Remove an Admin
If you want to remove a users admin status from your world, the World Owner can revert them back to a regular user by following these simple steps:

Login to your world.
-
Click the World Settings icon on the toolbar to open the World Settings drawer

Under Guests click Current Guests
-
On the Current Guests page, find or search for the admin you want removed, and click the ★ icon next to their name

Alternatively on the Admins page, click the ➖ icon to the right of the admin's role
🏅 Advanced User Permissions
Permissions add a whole new level of world management customization by letting you assign specialized roles to people you trust and want to collaborate with. World Admins can use these roles in a variety of ways... from giving broadcaster mode to speakers, to lending a helping hand assigning permission to others.
Choose From 5 Unique Administration Roles:
Assign permissions to guests based on the specific part you'd like them to play in your world or event experience. Designate Moderators for your community meetup, a Producer for your conference, a Designer for your virtual office, and more.
⚖️ The Moderator Role
Grants the ability to ban users and update authentication settings
✔️ A Moderator has the ability to do the following:

See the current guest list
-
Place a user on broadcast mode
-
Ban guests from your world
-
Turn on authentication and a pre set password*
❌ A Moderator cannot do the following:
-
Modify objects in the world (e.g., move, delete, add media)
-
Add new objects or media to the world
-
See the subscription or billing options
-
Change the scene for your world
-
Make someone else an admin and assign permissions
* Only Producers, Managers and World Owners can set the world password
🛠️ The Editor Role
Grants the ability to add and update assets
✔️ An Editor has the ability to do the following:

Modify objects in the world (e.g., move, delete, add media)
-
Add new objects or media to the world*
❌ An Editor cannot do the following:

See the current guest list
-
Place a user on broadcast mode
-
Ban users from your world
-
Turn on authentication and password protection
-
See the subscription or billing options
-
Change the scene for your world
-
Make someone else an admin and assign permissions
* Except Marketplace scenes and assets
⚜️ The Designer Role
Grants the ability to add and update scenes, plus use Editor abilities
✔️ A Designer has the ability to do the following:

All Editor abilities
-
Change the scene for your world
-
Use Marketplace scenes and assets
-
Modify the layout (eg., background, spawn point, world map)*
-
Create and manage events**
-
Add and remove NFT collections
❌ A Designer cannot do the following:
-
Any Moderator abilities
-
See the subscription or billing options
-
Make someone else an admin and assign permissions
-
Save the world as a scene
-
Submit the scene to the Marketplace
* Designer roles cannot change the server location of the world
** Only Producers, Managers and World Owners can make an event public on the Discover Public Events page
🎬 The Producer Role
Grants the ability to assign Moderator, Editor and Designer permissions plus use Moderator and Designer abilities
✔️ A Producer has the ability to do the following:

Make someone else an admin, assigning them Moderator, Editor, or Designer permissions

Ability to turn Broadcast mode on and off from your self and guest video feeds
-
Ability to set the world password*
-
Utilize webhooks for notifications**
-
Upload and update a guest list
-
Modify guest controls (eg., disable hide video, allow mute all, world capacity)
-
Make an event in world visible on the Discover Public Events page
❌ A Producer cannot do the following:
-
See the subscription or billing options
-
Save the world as a scene
-
Submit the scene to the Marketplace
* Managers and World Owners are able to bypass the password and enter the world at any time
** Only Managers and World Owners can allow World Notifications to be turned on
💼 The Manager Role
Grants the ability to edit World Settings (except Billing) plus use all other permissions
✔️ A Manager has the ability to do the following:

All Producer abilities

Make someone else an admin, assigning them Producer or Manager permissions

Allow password bypass

Allow World Notifications
❌ A Manager cannot do the following:

Modify the subscription or billing options
