A selection of collaborative tools to make your meetups more productive.
- Padlet - boards, timelines, canvases, maps, etc.
- AhaSlides - interactive presentations for meetings, classroom, trivia nights
- Copypaste - QR code sharing tool
- Miro - online whiteboard
- Open your Miro board
- In the top left corner, click the export this board icon
- Choose Embed
- Copy the embed text and paste into a note or doc. Then grab the URL in middle of the text, this is located between src=“ and “ frameBorder=“0"
The URL will look like the bolded text in the example below:

For Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides:

- Open file and at the top, click File âžž Share âžž Publish to web.
- In the window that appears, click Embed.
- Choose a publishing option:
- Spreadsheet: Choose to publish the entire spreadsheet or individual sheets.
- Presentation: Choose a presentation size and how quickly to change the slides.
- Click Publish.
- Copy the HTML in the text box and paste it into your site or blog.
For Google Forms:

- Open form and at the top right, click Send.
- At the top of the window, click Embed.
- To copy the HTML that appears, click Copy.
- Paste the HTML into your site or blog.
- Typeform - online form building and online surveys
- AirTable - collaborative cloud based spreadsheet-database
- Kudoboard - virtual bulletin board of messages, gifs, and photo
